וַיֹּ֨אמֶר דָּוִ֜ד בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא כָּל־מַכֵּ֤ה יְבֻסִי֙ וְיִגַּ֣ע בַּצִּנּ֔וֹר וְאֶת־הַפִּסְחִים֙ וְאֶת־הַ֣עִוְרִ֔ים שנאו [שְׂנֻאֵ֖י] נֶ֣פֶשׁ דָּוִ֑ד עַל־כֵּן֙ יֹֽאמְר֔וּ עִוֵּ֣ר וּפִסֵּ֔חַ לֹ֥א יָב֖וֹא אֶל־הַבָּֽיִת׃
Und David sprach an diesem Tag: 'Wer die Jebusiter schlägt und in die Gosse steigt und die Lahmen und Blinden wegnimmt, die von David gehasst werden's Seele—.' Darum sagen sie: 'Es gibt Blinde und Lahme; er kann nicht ins Haus kommen.'
